Training in English
Compliance lives in the people who meet office-holders, send position papers and answer consultations. We train international teams in English, in formats designed for busy government affairs calendars.
- Identification
- Training in English — technical training programmes on Law No. 5-A/2026 of 28 January (Lei n.º 5-A/2026, de 28 de janeiro), Portugal's regime on legitimate interest representation (representação legítima de interesses), designed for international audiences. The full technical training catalogue in Portuguese is available at representacaodeinteresses.pt, the ecosystem's specialised training portal.
- Target audience
- Government affairs, legal and compliance teams of multinationals; consultants and account teams of international public affairs firms; secretariats of European associations, federations and chambers of commerce; and lawyers in international firms advising clients exposed to Portugal.

- The programmes cover the definition, covered activities and exclusions (Article 2); the content and maintenance of the RTRI registration (Article 5); the duties of registered entities, including identification with the registration number (Article 7); prior registration for audiences and the publication of meetings (Article 8); the sanctions regime (Article 11); and the Code of Conduct (Código de Conduta) annexed to the law (Article 15).

Participants receive course materials in English and a certificate of attendance.
