Correction acknowledged in version 2.0

Version 1.0 of this website was built before Act no. 37-A/2026 of 28 July was published. It cited Article 19 of Act no. 5-A/2026 as the basis for the deadlines in eighteen passages, described the commencement of the RTRI as «to be announced», and contained no reference to the Management Board or to the dates of 1 January and 1 June 2027.

That Article was repealed by Article 9 of Act no. 37-A/2026, and the transitional regime is now set out in Article 8 of the latter. Version 2.0 corrects the references and the timetable in full, and adds the treatment of the public procurement boundary, which was absent from the earlier version. We record this openly, because a compliance services provider that does not correct and acknowledge its own errors has no standing to point out anyone else's.
