Six services, delivered in English, covering the full compliance lifecycle under Law No. 5-A/2026 of 28 January (Lei n.º 5-A/2026, de 28 de janeiro): from the first applicability question to registration in the Transparency Register of Interest Representation (Registo de Transparência da Representação de Interesses — RTRI), programme integration, continuous advisory, documentation and training.
The catalogue at a glance
Each service is documented in a normalised technical sheet setting out its target audience, regulatory basis, scope and deliverables, methodology, indicative duration and indicative investment. Services can be contracted individually or combined into a single programme; the assessment service is the natural entry point when the extent of your exposure is still unclear.
A typical journey for an international organisation runs from assessment to registration and then into continuity: the Regulatory Applicability Assessment establishes whether and where you are covered; RTRI Registration Support turns that conclusion into a complete, submitted registration; the Compliance Programme Extension embeds the Portuguese obligations into your existing group framework; and the advisory, toolkit and training services keep the arrangement alive as the regime's implementation progresses. All services are delivered in English, with Portuguese-language filings and correspondence handled by our Lisbon team.

Indicative fees are stated in each technical sheet as [fees to be confirmed]: every engagement is scoped and priced on proposal, because the effort depends heavily on the number of jurisdictions involved, the volume of representation activity and the maturity of your existing compliance arrangements.
