The controller for personal data collected through this website is Audiqcer — Auditing, Quality & Certification Services, Lda., a Portuguese company with legal person identification number (NIPC) 515234583, which owns and operates representacaodeinteresses.com.
What we collect and why
The only personal data this website collects is the data you choose to submit through the integrated contact form: name, business email, organisation, country and, optionally, role, telephone number and the content of your message. We process it for two purposes: responding to your submission, and subsequent commercial contact related to the services you asked about. We do not use the data for unrelated marketing, nor do we sell or share it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent, given through the consent statement you tick before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, by writing to the address below.
Processors
Two service providers process data on our behalf: JotForm, which operates the form through which submissions are made, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides its analytics. Each acts under its own data processing terms; neither is authorised to use your form data for its own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@audiqcer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
