Legal basis. Articles 5(4) and (5), 7 and 12 of Act no. 5-A/2026.

- cooling-off checks before recruiting from the Portuguese public sector;

Duration and fees
Indicative duration. Continuous, on an annual renewable basis.
Fees on proposal. Set by reference to the actual scope, established in a preliminary call at no cost, and presented with an itemised breakdown of deliverables, timing and terms.
